Bills paid after Feb. 29, 2024, may be included in the advertisement. 

  4. Notice: Final Day to Pay Property Taxes Without Interest is Jan. 5  

    The Office of the Tax Collector (OTC) encourages taxpayers to remit their tax payments now to avoid delinquency. Real estate and personal property tax payments must be paid or postmarked by the United States Postal Service (USPS) on or before Jan. 5, 2024, to avoid interest charges.

  5. 2023 Property Tax Bills Will Be Mailed by July 31

    Mecklenburg County will mail 2023 bills for real property, individual personal property, and business personal property taxes by July 31, 2023.
